This is a 1-day woodworking workshop for women. Absolutely no previous experience necessary, this is suitable for complete beginners.
You can choose one of the following projects to make:
The day will run from 10-5pm, bring your own lunch.
Plenty of tea, coffee and waffles available.
All timber, tools and safety equipment will be provided.
Cost for the day is £45.

Private Workshops
Bring a group of up to 6 ladies for a fun day out.
A birthday celebration, hen party, business away-day or just a chance to spend some time with friends.
The day starts at 10am with coffee/tea and home-made bakes, we will learn the basics of woodwork measuring and cutting and make a start on the project you have chosen for the day.
We will stop for a delicious lunch made with local ingredients and maybe even veg from the garden in the summer!
The afternoon session continues as we assemble our projects and start to see them take shape.
When the creations are finished there is cake and prosecco to celebrate everyone's achievements. The day will finish around 5pm.
Birthday/ celebration cakes can be provided for special occasions. Non-alcoholic fizz will also be available for drivers.
Private workshops can be booked for weekend days by prior arrangement.

“We will spend the day creating a small project, usually from wood, using a variety of tools and techniques. All abilities welcome, even if you’ve never picked up a saw, hammer or drill before. I will guide you through the process and we can all learn together. There will be lots of coffee (other beverages are available) convivial chat and hopefully a few laughs throughout the day as we discover our inner creatives.”

The day will run from 10am - 4pm. Please bring your own lunch. We are limited to 6 spaces for each session, so early booking is highly recommended. A voluntary contribution of £10 towards the fabulous work that the guys at CardiShed do, would be appreciated. Feel free to donate as much or as little as you feel you can manage.
